Srey Mom
My name is Srey Mom.
I have three children, and I used to work as a cook in hotels and restaurants.
I stopped working about ten years ago.
I enjoy cooking dishes like fried eggplant, fried vegetables, and grilled BBQ ( chicken and beef ).
I learned how to cook from my mother and through my experience at work.
Cooking has always been something I love—it helps me connect with others and express myself.
I believe this cooking class will help me grow and reconnect with my passion.

How is organised the session :
With Srey Mom
- pick-up at your hotel by Tuk-Tuk ( not included in the price : 6$ go and back )
- arriving at home, visit the garden
- collect some herbs and vegetables
- starting the session by discover the products that will be used for cooking
- cleaning the vegetables, cutting the products, this is the » mise en place «
- start cooking
- when all the recipes are done, we will eat together
- enjoy and have a good time
