My name is Srey Moa.

I live in a rented room with my husband and our five children.

I’ve loved cooking and connecting with people since I was young.

I learned how to cook by watching and helping my mother. I always found fresh ingredients and cooked meals for my brothers and sisters.

Right now, I can’t work outside because I need to take care of my youngest son. That’s why a home cooking class is the best opportunity for me. It helps me reconnect with the community and share what I love—cooking from the heart, just like my mom taught me.

2. arriving at home, visit the garden
3. collect some herbs and vegetables
4. starting the session by discover the products that will be used for cooking
5. cleaning the vegetables, cutting the products, this is the  » mise en place « 
6. start cooking
7. when all the recipes are done, we will eat together
8. enjoy and have a good time
