My Journey: From Struggles to Empowerment

I am a housewife who, unfortunately, didn’t have the chance to pursue much formal education. My limited connection with people and lack of life experience took a toll on my well-being, to the point where I could no longer look after my children.

However, everything changed when I started teaching cooking to tourists, which brought happiness and fulfillment back into my life.

Inspired by this positive turn, I dream of becoming a role model for other housewives like me and desire to see happiness flourish within families. Recognizing that many other women faced similar challenges, I launched my business, « Cook and Connect. »

The goal of « Cook and Connect » is to bridge the gap between housewives and tourists, transforming the misconception that women cannot handle their kitchens into a celebration of the kitchen as a powerful tool for generating income and happiness within families.

1. pick-up at your hotel  ( not included in the price : 6$ go and back )
2. visit of the local market
3. arriving at home, visit the garden
4. collect some herbs and vegetables
5. starting the session by discover the products that will be used for cooking
6. cleaning the vegetables, cutting the products, this is the  » mise en place «
7. start cooking
8. when all the recipes are done, we will eat together
9. enjoy and have a good time
