Pholla
My name is Pholla.
I live with my husband, our two sons, and my elderly mother.
As a family, we grow vegetables to sell and cook healthy food.
I used to be a chef, and I still love cooking delicious meals using fresh ingredients from our garden.
I prefer to stay at home so I can take care of my mother, who is getting older, and raise my children. That’s why I’m so excited to join Cook and Connect with locals.It gives me the chance to share my cooking with locals and travelers, support my family, and still stay close to the people I love.

How is organised the session :
With Pholla
- pick-up at your hotel by Tuk-Tuk ( not included in the price : 6$ go and back )
- arriving at home, visit the garden
- collect some herbs and vegetables
- starting the session by discover the products that will be used for cooking
- cleaning the vegetables, cutting the products, this is the » mise en place «
- start cooking
- when all the recipes are done, we will eat together
- enjoy and have a good time
